Chef’s knife Damas
Professional chef’s knife made of high-quality Japanese blade steel. The core of the blade is made of renowned grade 10 steel, the high carbon content of which lends it outstanding hardness (60 HRC) and high cutting resistance. On each side there are 33 structure-welded layers composed of two steels (420 and 431) enriched with chrome and nickel to ensure excellent rust resistance and esthetics. The Damas 67 knife series is named after its 67 steel layers. Durable and elegant handle made of Corian, which is based on white laterite stone and acrylic resin. The hardness and color tones of the handle material are comparable to marble and highly resistant to shocks, stains, UV rays and bacteria. Clean with lukewarm water, dry immediately and oil.
